In this wonderfully decadent, fun-filled class you’ll create delicious Italian pastries. A few of them belong to some traditional festivities, while others are prepared for any type of occasion. The recipes will include Italian Cheese cake (made with ricotta cheese); Taralli di Pasqua (sweet Italian Easter cookies) and Almond Macaroon Cookies (light crunchy cookies served anytime of year).

Maria Liuzzo has been cooking Italian dishes for 25 years and recently created a cookbook filled with over 50 family recipes.
