Refund Policy

We will refund your tuition only:

1. In the event that your course is cancelled due to low enrollment.

2. If the course you registered for is filled, we will place your name on a waiting list and refund your money.

3. If you withdraw from a class before it begins, you may request a refund but must notify us 5 FULL BUSINESS DAYS PRIOR TO THE FIRST CLASS MEETING (not counting the day of the class). We will issue you a refund, less a $10 processing fee. Refunds will not be given in cash. Call the office at 914-698-9126 to request a refund.

Refunds for trips will only be issued if you withdraw more than 3 weeks prior to the trip date. We will issue you a refund, less a $10 processing fee.

No other refunds will be granted, for any reason. No discount will be given for missed classes or if you are unable to attend a rescheduled make-up class.
