Policy of Nondiscrimination

It is the policy of The Center that no person shall be excluded from participation in, denied the benefits of, or otherwise discriminated against any of its educational programs, including employment, because of race, color, religion, sexual orientation, age, national or ethnic origin, marital status, mental or physical disability.

Accessibility

For questions about accessibility, please call 914-220-3071. Upon request, we will provide reasonable modifications for qualified individuals with disabilities. Please give as much notice as possible.

Liabilities

The Center makes no guarantees, expressed or implied that classroom instruction will result in specific gain. The Center is not responsible for any advice or consultation given within or beyond the classroom setting and course curriculum material. The Center reserves the right to cancel courses due to insufficient enrollment, to change times, dates and locations when necessary, and to substitute instructors.

Participants of The Center programs do so at their own risk and agree to waive and release any and all claims of personal injury or property damage they may have arising from this participation against The Center, its agents, employees or faculty. We cannot be held responsible for damage or loss of personal property or injury on the premises or off-site.

Photography

The Center often takes photographs or videos of students and staff for the purpose of promoting our programs. Participants are responsible for communicating their opt-out presence to The Center prior to the start of class. Failure to exercise this option, releases and discharges The Center from any and all claims arising out of the use of photographs.
