As we celebrate the end of our 100th anniversary year, we are reflecting back on what a year it was!
With your contributions, The Center was able to implement new programs that enriched our Sound Shore communities, including:
*Offered more than 275 affordable courses, both online and in-person, including all-new Cooking
classes, Stand-Up comedy, Knitting, Memoir Writing, and special events like our Pickleball
Tournament, Open House and Student Art Show!
*Free community event on longevity and lifestyle, featuring Blue Zones speaker Tony Buettner;
Feedback from our attendees:
“This is a fascinating topic. Thank you for getting this speaker to come!”
“It was very interesting and informative and a lovely gift to the community. Thank you!”
*Coordinated after-school enrichment courses for 150+ students at Mamaroneck Avenue School;
*Provided more than $7,000 in scholarships to local students for college exam prep courses.
Our programs connect neighbors, strengthen relationships, and keep our community strong. As a self-sustaining non-profit, independent from the Mamaroneck School District, we count on contributions from our community to help keep our programming as high-caliber and low-cost as possible.
If you’ve supported The Center in the past, we are grateful for your generosity and hope you’ll join us again for our annual appeal to help us continue our important work. If you’re new to supporting us, we invite you to consider making a donation this year. Your tax-deductible gift to our Annual
